If this is your first time at La Tra Medical Spa, you will probably have a lot of questions about our services, hours of operation, appointment scheduling, and policies. Hopefully the Q&A section below will help you answer the most common questions when using services at La Tra Medical Spa.
General rules

  • We love children, but if you bring them along and they are not using our services, please ensure they are supervised carefully and do not disturb other guests or the overall tranquility of the spa.

  • At Lá Trà, we strive to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for everyone. You may use your phone, but please switch it to silent or vibrate mode.

  • We respect and maintain a calm, smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted within Lá Trà.

  • Bathrobes, towels, disposable underwear, and private shower rooms (with shampoo and body wash) are available for service guests only.

  • Lá Trà is a professional spa providing only standard treatments — we kindly ask all guests to respect our ethical standards and staff.

  • Lá Trà is a non-tipping spa — this is part of our service culture.

  • If there are language differences, we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

HOURS OF OPENING and HOLIDAYS

  • Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

  • Last appointment times:

    • 8:00 PM for 90-minute services.

    • 8:30 PM for 70-minute services.

  • Closed 3 days per year for annual team-building.

  • Closed approximately 10 days during Tet (Lunar New Year).

  • For other public holidays, we may close for one day or have compensatory leave.

We encourage you to book in advance to ensure availability and allow us to prepare the best experience for you.

We kindly ask guests to arrive on time. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Your treatment may be shortened to avoid affecting the next guest’s schedule.
If you are 15 minutes late without notice, your booking will be automatically canceled.

PRICES, SERVICES & PAYMENT METHODS

  • All prices listed on Lá Trà’s menu are inclusive of service charges and VAT.
    (If you require a VAT invoice, please provide the necessary billing details.)

  • We accept:

    • Vietnamese cash, local bank transfers, domestic cards, Momo,

    • International cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB

    • Amex cards (with a processing fee)

  • For foreign guests or international card payments, a small card transaction fee will be applied.

CONDITIONS AND ELIGIBILITY

  • We serve guests aged 7 to under 80 years old.

  • Our spa is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility difficulties as access is via stairs only.

  • Guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, skin diseases, or infectious illnesses are advised not to use spa services.

  • Please inform our staff or therapists if you have had recent surgery, osteoporosis, or spinal issues such as herniated discs.

  • Please also inform us if you have any allergies to essential oils or herbs.

  • We provide services for both men and women, with male and female therapists available.

PREGNANT WOMEN

At Lá Trà Medical Spa, we offer specially designed treatments for expectant mothers using safe massage oils suitable for pregnancy.
However, we recommend consulting with our in-house doctor before your treatment to receive guidance on any precautions to ensure the safety of both mother and baby.

REQUIREMENTS FOR USING THE SERVICE

Before your session, our staff or therapist will discuss your specific preferences to ensure the best possible experience.
During your treatment, please don’t hesitate to communicate any requests or adjustments — we are happy to accommodate.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS & VALUABLES

If this is your first time at La Tra Medical Spa, you will probably have a lot of We provide individual lockers with keys for each guest in the massage area. Please store your jewelry and personal items there before your treatment.
Before leaving, kindly double-check your belongings, as Lá Trà cannot be held responsible for any lost items after departure.

Lá Trà will never share or disclose your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.

  • Branch 1: 778K/A6 Nguyễn Kiệm Street, Ward 4, Phú Nhuận District – parking available for both cars and motorbikes.

  • Branch 3: 20 Nguyễn Cư Trinh Street, Phạm Ngũ Lão Ward, District 1 – car parking (with fee) and motorbike parking available.

  • Branch 2: 138 Nguyễn Văn Thủ Street –  motorbike parking available daily.
